Dr. Manuela Hamaoui

Founder & Triple Board-Certified Physician

Meet Dr. Manuela Hamaoui, a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Lifestyle Medicine. She studied Biology at Brown University and completed her medical degree, residency, and fellowship at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where she trained at some of the most rigorous programs in the country.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Hamaoui has cared for patients across New Jersey and New York, guiding individuals through every stage of life—from preventive care in midlife to managing the complexities of aging. This breadth of experience has given her a unique perspective: while modern medicine can achieve extraordinary things, it often leaves little time for truly knowing and supporting patients.

That realization inspired her to found OnTrack Medical, a practice built on the values she believes patients deserve: time, connection, personalization, and partnership. Her care philosophy blends the best of evidence-based medicine with lifestyle-centered strategies, advanced health technologies, and compassionate attention.

Whether working with proactive individuals seeking health optimization or patients and families managing multiple medical conditions, Dr. Hamaoui ensures every person receives a clear plan, thoughtful guidance, and an ally who is fully invested in their well-being.

Her mission is simple but profound: to restore the physician–patient relationship and help people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
